A lovely 12 month mature West Country cheddar. Strong creamy flavour. Encased in black wax to preserve its freshness. Best Before end July 2021.
Made by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest From milk produced on their own farm. Matured for a minimum of 18 months. Reminiscent of an aged Gouda. Hard crystalline texture. Best Before mid March.
Made by the Davies family in the heart of Dorset from milk produced on their own farm. Creamy mellow blue flavours. Best Before mid March.

“the black pepper one” Soft cows milk cheese with cracked black pepper throughout. Nice spicy flavour. Best Before mid March.
All this months cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
