Made by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest from milk produced on their own farm. Matured for a minimum of 18 months. Lovely strong flavours with a nice crunch from the calcium crystals. Beautiful shaved on a salad or grated over pasta. Best before mid Aug.
