A washed rind cheese. Made for james’s by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest. Collected at 2/3 days old and matured by james in Child Okeford, Dorset. Washed in a specific culture giving the cheese it’s pungent rind and strong meaty flavours. Best before mid November.
Made by the Davies family in Sturminster Newton, Dorset using pasteurised from their own farm. Nice blue flavours without being overly strong. Best before mid Nov.
