Dorset Cheddar Truckle (min 400g)
A lovely 12 month mature West Country cheddar. Strong creamy flavour. Encased in black wax to preserve its freshness. Best Before Sept 2024.
Old Winchester (min 180g)
Made by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest from milk from their own herd. Matured for minimum 18 months. Lovely flavour with an almost parmesan crunch. Best before July 2024.
Dorset Blue Vinny (min 180g)
Made by the Davies family near Sturmninset Newton. A lovely 4 month old Blue Cheese made with milk from the farms own herd. Best Before end July 2024.
Hod Hill (min 120g)
“the black pepper one“ Soft cows milk cheese with cracked black pepper throughout with a dusting of pepper on the top. Soft and spreadable at room temperature with lovely herby notes. Best Before end July 2024.
Okeford Beacon min 120g)
”the chilli one“ Soft cows milk cheese with crushed chilli flakes throughout with a dusting of paprika on top. Best Before 2/3 weeks from delivery.
