A lovely 12 month mature West Country cheddar. Strong creamy flavour. Encased in black wax to preserve its freshness. Best Before April 2024.
Made by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest from milk from their own herd. Matured for minimum 18 months. Lovely flavour with an almost parmesan crunch. Best before end December.
Made by Ashley Chase near Dorchester. A lovely 9 month cheddar naturally smoked over oak to give a lovely Smokey flavour. Best Before end April 2024.
“the black pepper one“ Soft cows milk cheese with cracked black pepper throughout with a dusting of pepper on the top. Soft and spreadable at room temperature with lovely herby notes. Best Before end December.
”the chilli one“ Soft cows milk cheese with crushed chilli flakes throughout with a dusting of paprika on top. Best Before 2/3 weeks from delivery.
All this months cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
